Cincinnati, OH: LYP Contact Center names former Bon Secours director to new C-suite role

A Cincinnati health care services company has expanded its leadership team.

LYP Contact Center, which provides concierge-style call center services to medical practices and health care systems, has named Kenneth Marsh its chief analytics officer, effectiveSept. 12 – a new position for the Bond Hill-based group.

Marsh’s most recent role was with Bon Secours Mercy Health as director of operations for specialty practices and special project manager forMercy Health Physicians Kentucky.

At LYP, he will use data insights to increase business value and drive business transformation, Scott Farmer, CEO of LYP, said. Marsh, a University of Kentucky graduate, has more than 10 years of operational leadership experience in finance, strategic health care planning, operations, purchasing and analytics.

“(Kenneth) is a champion of operational efficiency who will take client and patient satisfaction to the next level,” Farmer said in are lease. “Our strategy will bring a lot of momentum and lay the ground work for a strong finish in 2022 and an even stronger 2023.LYP is still in its infancy, and we are positioning ourselves at the forefront of the health care services sector.”

Marsh will be based in Paducah, Ky. working remotely, an LYP spokesperson said.

LYP, which stands for love your patient, was founded in 2013. The company works to streamline the patient scheduling and out reach experience for health care organizations. Clients include medium to large health systems, hospitals, allied health companies, specialty pharmacies, physician practices, health insurers and qualified health centers.

LYP currently has 450 employees.
